Nell Folia was Neptune's lover. They were a year older than Neptune, a synthete, marfluid. They were a bit on the nervous side, and very bad at lying. Once you got to know them, they were warm-hearted and had a good sense of humour. They were a member of SIWS, and worked at the Amaichi Bakery. They were vegetarian, in the "sorry it's so hard to feed me" kind of way. They always listened to Neptune's concerns and offered comfort, but never told faer to stop overextending faerself.
