Arcendon - violent god of the sea. a stingy old man who wants to keep the vast bounties of the sea to himself. he believes that humans cannot be trusted, and sends storms to punish the islanders when he feels they have been greedy. generally people pray to him for mercy: to send less storms, to allow safe passage across the sea, etc.
