Ashell's Ownership

1. Do not use my designs to spread sexism, racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and any other form of bigotry.

2. Do not put your own TOS on one of my designs!

3. DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS!

4. You're free to alter a design all you want once you own it! (But please always credit me as the original designer, DO NOT REMOVE CREDIT!)

5. You're always allowed to resell/regift/etc my designs. But please do not resell them for a super outrageous price than what you bought them for. (The only exception is if you "add value" such as buying commissioned art for the design, and so on) 

6. Please keep my designs on Toyhouse
(- I also would suggest you keep my designs public! Or just make it so that I'm able to somehow see them. This isn't mandatory, but if I can't view them, I might assume you deleted them!)

7. Do not use my designs for NFTs or any sort of crypto

8. DO NOT make sexual/fetish art with my FERAL DESIGNS. 

9. I do not want my designs associated with any form of AI whatsoever

10. By accepting/buying a design of mine, you will automatically be assumed to have read this TOS and agree to it. If I find that an owner has broken my TOS or otherwise have found them to be problematic, I will request that the design be returned
-Furthermore, if the current owner refuses to return the design or is overall uncooperative, I will forcefully take and reupload the design back onto my account. And I will publicly state on the new profile why the design was reclaimed!

11. If you delete a design, or delete your TH account without messaging me prior, I will be taking that design back, as that is breaking rule 5 of my TOS

12. As of right now, I do not have a blacklist, don't make me start one. I do, however, have a small handful of people I'd prefer you don't give my designs to. If you are curious about who, feel free to ask me! Ultimately, I can't control whose hands my designs end up in, nor do I care enough to keep tabs on/police people on who they can sell to. This is just a personal recommendation for my comfort rather than a "strict" rule

13. If I do happen to end up on your blacklist for whatever reason, I would strongly urge you to just sell any designs of mine you own. I find it very weird and uncomfortable when someone blocks but also is like "yeah, I don't like/want to associate with this person, but I also want to keep their work". It would creep me out to have my works owned by someone who doesn't like me. Furthermore, I’d prefer you not try to obtain my designs in the future. Again, that's out of my control, but I’d appreciate it if you were respectful of my wishes.
