Tempest is a Venipede that was born in the great northern wild. After meeting The Phantoms, a wild duo of a Type:Null and Torchic, he was able to go on amazing globetrotting adventures. While he isn't smart in any way, he manages to endear himself to others with a bright smile and simple nature.
