Jade’s other 2 forms-
“Human”- without her horns
”Humanoid”- with her horns but not fully draconic
Jade is a unique circumstance where she did not grow up as a dragon. Her horns were stolen from her at a very young age and she’d been under the impression that she was a fully- or at least mostly- human Witch.
So, in reverse of what most dragons feel, Jade feels the most comfortable without her horns or any physical draconic traits. Although she isn’t the most comfortable wearing her horns, she does feel the compulsive need to keep them close and safe.
