2/15/17. A Cave Sprite that, if not for his friends, would probably spend all his time holed up in his room. He's part of a pretty big friend group and he loves em all for turning his life towards the better. He goes by Vinny and pretty much never introduces himself with his full name. Being a sprite, he's a bit on the short side. He has sharp eyesight for his species and is able to see almost normally in daylight. Although he's strayed from the nocturnal lifestyle, it's super easy for him to stay up all night messing around on the internet or something (but he'll regret it in the morning). He's a foster child and is pretty used to accidental burns and people forgetting how fragile his skin is because of it. If people spill water on him or something, he'll always smile and try to pretend it doesn't hurt so that they don't feel bad. Hair normally has a greasy look to it. Vinny used to be able to fly, but hasn't since an enraged Cyclops came at him with a sword and sliced his left set of wings clean off. Although mostly over it at this point, he does really miss flying, especially in the early hours of the morning (I want him to get a prosthetic or something). He fakes it pretty well, but words can do a lot of damage to him. He can hardly think about anything else and is sort of out of it. Typically, his friends notice or he'll fess up to them. Either way, he needs to talk about it to get it out of his system. Puts other people before himself and tries his best to be friendly all the time.

Vinny and his friends fell victim to the weird ways of Akis and ended up being kidnapped and used for an experiment by a group of people trying to make a sort of love potion (which absolutely set Dashuri on fire). They were kept as hostages in an abandoned house, but also used to test the stuff while they were there. Since Dashuri was having none of this, he willed some of Vespira's kids to stray off the path and explore that day. They found the empty house and, not having seen it before, decided to take a peek on this inside. While they were there, they heard what sounded like arguing from inside a room that locked from the outside. Confused, the kids opened the door and the potion kicked into effect. None of them wanted to explain that they'd just been forced to fall in love with a total stranger, so they bumbled around awkwardly, trying to avoid questions and just get out. The moment they set foot outside, though, the people who kidnapped them arrived, as they'd noticed their hostages escaping. Before they could get captured all over again, the snake kids called for backup. With dozens of kids in the underbrush ready to attack, the intruders didn't stand a chance. By the time that was taken care of, the kids had figured out there was definitely something wrong with the friends. This wasn't really a new situation, as they were also dealing with Skyler at the moment, pumped full of fear instincts. Figuring it was something similar, they offered to help. Although they didn't want to stick around, the friends also didn't want to deal with the potion effects forever, so they agreed. Since they didn't know where they were, they stayed at the snake house until they were able to orient themselves and, after that, they were encouraged to stay so that they could better figure out what was wrong with them.
