My TOS is still a work in progress, and is subject to change. By owning my designs you agree to not just the current version of my TOS but to all potential past/future versions as well.

• You MAY NOT apply your own TOS to my designs, unless you are doing so as a redesigner/co-designer.
• You MAY NOT edit my art/designs without permission (cropping for icons or etc is fine, outright redoing my work is not).
• Do NOT transfer my designs to anyone on my blacklist. Doing so will get you blacklisted as well.
  • My blacklist is not public at the moment; please DM me directly to check.
• Do NOT remove my credit from my art/designs, or delete my designs from Toyhouse.
  • The only exception to this is if you're recrediting an old art piece/design to my alt account, bees-or-violence.
• Designs of mine cannot be resold/retraded IF:
  • They're being sold for a higher amount than they were obtained for (unless extra art has been added, and/or the buyer is aware and willing to pay more than worth)
  • They were obtained via gift/freebie/raffle/etc (unless extra art has been added)
    • Extra art does not count if it was done for free (i.e. drawn as a gift, as part of Artfight, etc) or if it was old art that hadn't been uploaded previously.
• Do not completely copy my designs/characters. I understand that some characters are bound to look similar with the amount of users/characters on-site, but do not make characters solely for the purpose of having them look similar to one of mine.
  • Example: Making a "related" character who is just based on the other character's design, whether you own said character or not.
• Do NOT "breed", fuse, or make any sort of spin-off of my designs for profit.
  • Example: Using one of my characters/designs in an adoptable breeding chart.
• Redesigning/changing features of my designs is completely fine, as long as the design is still recognizable.
  • Do NOT redesign my designs into original species (open or closed) without the permissions of both myself & the species owner.
  • Do NOT make new 'original' species from my designs.
    • Example: Receiving a design from me that has a unique trait, then calling it a brand-new species because it has said trait.
• You are allowed to freely co-own any of my designs that you own, to anyone who is not on my blacklist, and as long as it doesn't break any of my other rules.
