holiday likors are legendary, they can only be created in the month that their respective holiday is in.
they also have unique mutations that only show up for that holiday. this guy is a halloween likor that never sold. he is goopy and drips all over the place. in fact, i'm not sure he has any organs which is not your usual likor trait to have!
