DESIGN/CHARACTER TERMS.

❌ Designs may not be resold for a higher price than they were bought for unless additional art is added.^{[Applicable only for characters obtained after 13/09/2022]}

❌Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling.

❌Don't claim my design as yours, lol. Credits appreciated whenever possible.

❌Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question, then it may be resold only for the value of the art. 

✅The buyer may resell purchased designs, whenever possible, please avoid the deletion of the character on TH. [Resell to users who have TH accounts whenever possible]

✅The buyer may private or hide their design if they wish. I will never restrict who can/can't see your design.

✅The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design. [Redesigns are more than okay!] 

✅As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.

✅Designs that have been awarded for free may be traded for other characters.

✅Purchased designs may be used commercially in the form of stickers, badges, merch, vtubing, etc etc. [Please contact me beforehand, my original art cannot be used commercially without prior discussion. Feel free to commission or draw your own art of the design to use commercially.]

✅ Making 'offspring' designs is perfectly fine as long as they're not carbon copies.
