Prior to meeting Crow, he was a past god's chosen with waning power who wandered the world looking for something to do. He happened upon a dying Crow, and decided that using him would most likely have the most potentional of getting his god's attention again. It didn't really work out for him, and he has been stuck in the form of a crow familiar for the past 4 years. He is tethered to Crow, and despite how much shit Crow is in, he cannot physically leave.
