Design Terms of Use
You may resale, gift, or trade any of my designs.
You may not resale for a higher price than it was purchased for, unless additional art has been commissioned or created.
Any design traded or gifted loses resale value unless more art is added on.
You can edit the design as much as you want, but you may not edit my art.
You can make the design whatever gender you want.
You may not use my designs for anything hateful or illegal, including pedophilic or bestiality content.
I reserve the right to reclaim designs when my TOS is broken, and a break in TOS will end in blacklisting from further business.
By purchasing or owning a design made by me, you agree to abide by these terms. TOS are subject to change at my discretion.

You are welcome to do co-owns but I will absolutely not get involved if there is some sort of dispute. That is between you and whoever you decided to co-owns with. Co-owned characters may be made a duplicate profile
You may not use the design for commercial purposes unless a commercial use fee has been negotiated with and paid to me. Feel free to dm to ask about it.

I cannot legally stop you from doing anything you want with the design, but I strongly prefer you don't whitewash them, redesign plus-size designs to be thinner, or use them for any kind of content that is hateful or illegal. Any of this will likely result in a blacklisting for my personal comfort.
A break in TOS will end in blacklisting from further business. My blacklist is private for both their safety and mine - blacklisted users are still allowed to obtain my designs secondhand, but are barred from doing business with me as I refuse to engage with them.
