By transferring/receiving a design by me, you agree to my terms and conditions as stated below, whether the design is directly from myself or is resold.
Putting the sale amount in the transfer log note upon selling is highly encouraged !

My designs are able to be traded, sold, or regifted at any time, and used for both SFW and NSFW. Do not re-sell my designs for more than you purchased them for unless there is additional art.

Designs are permitted to be used in NSFW (18+) content or using alcohol, weed, cigarettes, etc. Once I have sold the design it is yours to do what you please with apart from content detailed below;
Designs can and will be revoked if I find out there is feral or underage NSFW of that design and/or I find the current owner interacting with art of that variety. This includes adult characters dressed/acting as children or infants in NSFW scenarios.
