Purchasing or trading for ownership of this character gives you full commercial rights*. You must credit Amurei Art for the design when it can be reasonably expected to do so. Selling, trading, or gifting of this design transfers those rights and responsibilities to the new character owner.
Full commercial rights allows you to use the design and images in any way except for the following:
You may not use the design or artwork in relation to AI. (AI image generation, animation, prompt building. You may not add this image or design into any AI databases.)
You may not use this design or image as an NFT or in any other NFT related promotion or transaction.
