Free spirited like a bird, this young and energetic Constellangel acts as a runner for the Augmented group. He's not much to hang around in one spot, and that ends up being perfect as he flutters around the city spreading the word and putting maybe less than professional flyers around New Zenith that may or may not be telling the Zodiarch Counsel to, quote, "suck it." Nonetheless, he finds joy in being a little sporadic and chaos gives him just a little bit more than average excitement.
