Victor

Victor looks like a woman, save for that he has a flat chest and a low voice.  When his father was alive, he was forced to keep his hair short.  After his father passed, he let it grow longer.  He has hormonal imbalance, lower testosterone, higher estrogen.  During his teenage years he had enough of a testosterone spike to gain facial hair and a low voice, but soon lowered on its own.  While stronger than he looks, he's still not as strong as ordinary men.  Penal size is normal, but erectile tissue is softer.  His body overall is much softer, skin is more feminine, and he doesn't smell like a man.

Victor was a cook for Castle Arundel back when Valentine first joined in.  He had worked there for most of his life, since his father Auguste was the chef and he began training and learning to cook at a very early age.

Victor is the result of an affair between Auguste and Louis' wife.  Auguste had just divorced Ives (due to his transition) while Louis and his wife suffered the accidental death of their first child.  The wife and Auguste had their affair and had Victor.  While Louis and Ives resented him at first, Louis resolved to set his values aside and act as a step father for him and Ives told him that he has a right to exist in this world and deserves to be treated fairly.  Victor and Ives want to get along better but whenever Ives tried to get closer to him, Auguste would interject and chase him away.

Like Seo and Angela, Victor was one of Evangeline St. Clair's victims and suffered abuse from her.  He has lacerations on his abdomen and developed an addiction to ketamine that he struggles to kick.
