Tyler plays drums in a band called DATA H. She doesn’t get along very well with Damien, and they both can get on each other’s nerves. She loves her best friend Matt too much to ever leave, so she puts up with it.
She’s very introverted, and also a little antisocial, so she ends up holed up in her apartment, when not at school, working in the library or at band practice. She doesn’t really like to talk or meet new people, preferring to either cling to Matt or be on her own.
When Tyler was young, her parents disappeared, and a spirit named Magnys saved her when she went looking for them. When Magnys bonded to Tyler, she gave her the power to control her hair and use it as a weapon. Tyler no longer cuts her hair as a symbol of unity to Magnys.
