"Work like a Captain play like a pirate"

 When the justice system failed to free an innocent man, his brother. He lost all respect for his homeland and dropped everything to flee. His home was strict with rules and laws to live by. Curfews kept people off the streets and the violence indoors, resulting in murders and much domestic violence when drunken husbands came home. Because of the status, his brother and Titus held it was devastating when blame was pinned to his older brother when a woman was murdered. Titus knew very well his brother was with him during that night but even that truth was used against them, having Titus blamed for the woman's death as well. Because of this, the night before the sentencing his older brother told him to flee. If he could escape and live his brother would gladly bear this unfair punishment and face the death of his innocence.

So Titus fled on the last ship to leave, quick to hide in its cargo and wash off into the unknown sea he only admired from afar. He became a drifter and spent his youth and teens going from ship to ship taking odd jobs. When not on the open water he's on land causing trouble. His frustration or the punishment his brother faced causes him to lash out onto others and inflict pain upon them in his 'honour'. Though with his cruel act he knows his brother would frown upon him for it, his brother was a kind man, one who put others before him. But Titus just can't find that kindness in his heart as he continued to mourn his lost brother and the life he yearned to have once again.
