  Plant Magic

• - Blackthorn Burial
  Blackthorn plants spring up from the ground in an attempt to skewer the target. 
• - Draighean Spear
• A single stem of Blackthorn forms in the shape of a spiked spear.
• - Hidden World
• A dense dome of ivy appears around the user, or the desired area. This can allow temporary protection from the outside world, or can be useful for keeping something in.
• - Wilted Meadow
• Bluebells grow around the user in a circle, before the razor sharp petals break off and can be controlled to the user's will. This takes a lot of concentration, and Fenn usually uses either his hand or his spear to guide it.

Backstory

Fenn was a part of a noble family in the Spade Kingdom, and was forced to conform to the Dark Triad after they took over. He was just a toddler at the time it happened, but he can still remember the panic and slaughter that followed. 

With his high status, he couldn't exactly hide in the shadows, being put through the hell of seeing mindless slaughter, torture, and experiments that he wishes he could forget. 

And at a certain age he became the victim of such things.

Most of the lower class citizens of the realm didn't have the magic power to be put through the experiments, dying too quickly, and his resistance towards his family's ways landed him a spot in the experiments as soon as he received his grimoire. 

He only suffered through the first of what was supposed to be many before managing to escape the kingdom, watching good people be slaughtered in an attempt to make a devil host. Maybe it was his greater amount of magic or maybe it was his strong will, but he managed to live through it and resist being possessed, the only wound he suffered turning his left eye pink. 

He knew the state of the Diamond Kingdom, and the Heart Kingdom was too far away for him to realistically get to, so he was forced to pass through the strong magic region to get to Clover.

Upon his arrival, he received a mixed reception. He lied about his past and status, and said he was from a small village outside the Spade Kingdom, being labelled an outcast by the crueler citizens of Clover. 

He grew out his hair and got it dyed purple, changing his name, and concealing his identity as much as he could. Some people still knew he was the boy from the Spade Kingdom, but they aren't the ones he wishes to fool. 

He feels a need to get stronger, and trained day and night for the Magic Knights exam, passing each test well enough to get an offer from the Blue Roses. But he rejected it, not wanting to become an errand boy much to everyone's surprise. 

With no other offers, his only saving grace was when someone shouted he was an ungrateful outsider, which caught Yami's attention. He couldn't call it an offer when Yami practically threatened him to join the Black Bulls, but he graciously accepted without a second thought. 

Present Day

These days Fenn usually takes it upon himself to go on missions that require him to be away from the base for months at a time. 

Both unfortunately and fortunately, however, he was at the base when Dante attacked, finding out more about his cursed eye within the battle at the cost of all those memories of his past coming crashing back. 

With no chance of going on another mission soon, not with the Dark Triad causing chaos, he now spends his time training himself and his magic and trying to court Nacht.
