Design Terms of Use
DESIGN MAY ONLY BE RESOLD TO TOYHOUSE MEMBERS. Can only be resold for the same amount of money YOU paid + the worth of any additional art acquired during YOUR ownership of the design (i.e. if you traded for the design you cannot resell them for their original value). You may NOT sell my designs to blacklisted individuals or you will also be blacklisted. You may NOT ‘HIDE’ my designs from view on Toyhouse, unless you make it so I can at least see them; otherwise I have no idea if you have removed the design from Toyhouse. Failure to follow these terms may resulted in your being blacklisted from purchasing or owning any more of my designs.
