Cineris is the cat who leads the Montis empire. He was the one who turned said colony from a group of strays into a stable city, becoming resourcefull enough to make neighbour cities feel threathened.
Cineris is not muscular, nor is he big or intimidating, but he does not come across a friendly person either. His success is thanks to careful planning and manipulation.
Not a lot is known about him, and he isn't easy to spot even inside his own territory.
