Dr. Neville Pulse

Dr. N. Pulse is a neuroscientist who's a little too enthusiastic to learn about ways that the human mind functions, or rather how it can be controlled. He's so in-tune with his work that he surgically implanted two taps into the sides of his head and experiments on himself from time to time. His assistant M. Pathy was hired shortly after he took refuge on the Wumpa Islands seeing as he needed a helping hand around the lab.
