• About: A small Chingling that dreams of nothing more than becoming a knight to  protect other pokemon! He lives in a PMD style universe where humans do  not exist, and there are rescue teams called guilds that protect various  areas. He has 2 additional forms called the Shield  Stance and Blade Stance that immensely increase his Defense or Offense respectively. He can only use one at a time and they exhaust him  greatly.
  
• VERY Important, Mandatory note: Chime is permanently mute due to being born without the metal bell inside that helps produce sound. He communicates by writing on paper or notebooks!
