HAIRSTYLE: Modern Aesthetics - Styled for Hire
CLOTHING STYLE: Prefers all black clothing, sometimes accenting with red or brown. Likes coats and lightweight fabrics. Does not like armor (small pieces are ok). His gear is primarily optimized for freedom of movement and easy storage. Insists on being stylish, though he doesn't care about clothes becoming tattered or stained with use. Always has some form of eye protection (goggles, visors, blindfolds, enchanted eyepatches) to protect his eyes from the sunlight.

MACHINIST - job
A firearm-based profession Kasper took upon his entry into Ishgard. Drawn in by the extreme flexibility provided by engineering his own tools, Kasper put up his knives at once, immersing himself deeply in invention and experimentation. His passion shaped the development of the art as a whole, and he finds a second home in the Skysteel Manufactory.
He also favors the impersonality of ranged weaponry; of killing without staining his hands in blood, though he would not soon admit it.
DEEPSHADOW PISTOL - weapon
Kasper's signature weapon. It is forged from the metal of the Shadowkeeper's blade, which he claimed as a trophy. Its design is rather understated by his own standards, lacking in both ornamentation or unique modifications, yet he considers it his best work. His friends would probably argue that it is because it most easily matches his wardrobe.
Being welt from deepshadow steel, its rounds boast a natural advantage against light-aspected foes. This had an invaluable effect in battles against sin eaters, though is largely meaningless back on the Source.
AUTOMATON QUEEN - skill
The natural culmination of all of Kasper's experimentation in combat machina. It can move autonomously, engaging enemies in melee combat; thus providing an excellent distraction for Kasper's ranged assault. It boasts an impenatrable defense and devastating offense. However, it is prone to overheating, and thus can only be employed for a limited time -- which is largely a nonissue for Kasper, who excels in routing his enemies with utmost speed.
It also can be summoned and dismissed at will. Don't worry about where it goes. Magic, or whatever.

// Personality.
Kasper exudes an energy of cool confidence and nonchalance. He is a habitual flirt, flattery flowing from his lips like wine, irrespective of whether or not he has intent to beguile. He has a light-hearted, wry manner of speech. Friends might say he is quite too fond of the sound of his own voice -- his tendency to ruthlessly taunt enemies landing him in unnecessary trouble more often than not -- and yet each time he somehow manages to come out on top with a flourish, smugly expecting to be praised after. Yet it is all mere bravado -- and he would sooner put others to the sword than let them glimpse what lies underneath it.
Consequently, should someone try to pry into his personal affairs, he will often either deflect or outright lie. He doesn't even try to keep track of them, freely proliferating several conflicting accounts of his life. This penchant for mistruth alongside a willingness to resort to underhanded tactics has been a source of disillusionment for many who have encountered this Warrior of Light.
By the time he regains his memories in SHB, trauma compounded with the weight of his duty leave noticeable cracks in his carefree demeanor. He becomes more agitated; less eager to please. He also becomes increasingly reckless. Even once he begins his road to recovery around ENW and regains his characteristic charm, he is notably much more serious and much more invested in his role as the Warrior of Light than he had been at the beginning of his journey.

G'raha Tia - partner
Kasper's romantic partner. They initially got together during the Crystal Tower expedition, though it was cut short in its aftermath -- an ending Kasper did not take particularly well. It takes some time for them to mend once they reunite, but they become inseparable by the start of Endwalker.
Imri Meggyesfalvi - companion
A comrade Kasper met through the Scions. They are quiet, though Kasper talks more than enough for the both of them. Being a healer, Imri is more attentive to Kasper's recklessness than he would like, but he begrudgingly accepts their handmade salves nonetheless.
Aine Vei - companion
Ally and fellow vanguard. Kasper finds endless delight in teasing him. The latter still somehow finds it within him to tolerate Kasper in spite of his annoyance, if only because the miqo'te is impossible to shake. They are able to trust each other even without saying anything. In certain verses, they are co-WOLs.
Nayeli Orozco - companion
Inexplicably a colleague that Kasper teases the least. They are able to reign him in with a single look. The two have as much in common as they are different, however, and get along pretty amicably. He is always delighted whenever he manages to reign Nayeli into his schemes.
