Her design is not set very hard set. The majority of her traits can be considered optional. This includes her hair, hair pin[s], ribbons, body type (anthro/feral/etc.), and I'm even willing to entertain a fox tail in place of her fan tail. If you're drawing her, draw her as you see fit.
