Personality: At first he seems intimidating and cold. He’s hard to approach due to this aura he gives off. But as long as those that approach him don’t pose any threat he isn’t as intimidating as he seems. He’s protective of his loved ones, family or mates, and goes to great lengths to keep them safe. He looks up to his parents seeing them as great warriors and hoping that he can live up to their legacy. He adores does, giving gifts to those he likes, but never forcing one to stay with him. He does come off as a bit clingy or nervous to those crushes, but he tries hard to keep that warrior mystique. He’s not against being with a stag as well, in fact, he likes the added attention. A little prideful, he has a lot of confidence and believes in himself, probably from winning as many fights as he has. He holds his family’s honor as very important, feeling that any mistake he might make would reflect onto them as well. As a loyal warrior, he follows all orders given to him, even if he believes them to be wrong. He’s not one to talk back when things make him uncomfortable, wanting to keep his rank and make his parents proud. Because of how he was raised, he isn’t the most sociable. Unless spoken to first he often doesn’t speak. But if someone approaches him first he’s much more open to talking. He lacks a bit in the friend department due to his inability to start conversations and open up to others.

Appearance: Issachar has a dark coat with a few scars along his hip and across the side of his face. His mane is normally braided usually against his will but he believes it looks nice (and keeps it out of the way when training).

History: Issachar was raised to be a warrior by his parents, following every order he was given without question. As he grew older and learned of how raiders travel out of Blackwood he longed to be able to do that as well someday. He’s been talking to a few, asking what it’s like and how he can become one. Being able to see what is outside of Blackwood is a distant dream for him as he currently has other responsibilities with his herd. For now, he trains in Blackwood to become the best warrior he can be and to care for his kid brother.
