Scale Roughrock

Name/Alias/nicknames/etc: Scale Roughrock. “The Mountain” Half because he's built like a boulder, half because he moves about as much as a mountain.

Village name/brief description: The Caves. A vast network of caves and tunnels running through the Plateback Mountains, so named for the mythos of the region that a giant reptile laid down across the land many years ago and died, turning to stone and creating the mountain range. Most of the ninja residing here utilize earth-based jutsu. They mostly keep to themselves, opting to remain impartial to outside affairs unless it warrants their involvement.

Power source: Partly their earth jutsu, partly the natural resources found deep in the mountain. Gases, Lava, etc.

Species: Komodo Dragon

Appearance: Short and stocky. A bulky lizard that's over 6 feet tall, but how tall exactly depends on if he's slouching or not. His whole body is a dusty gray-brown. He usually has a tired expression on his face, looking like he's halfway to falling asleep. Occasionally during special ceremonies and events, he'll have some sort of body paint on, mostly consisting of rings and stripes made from the red clay paste found in the region.
