"Am I in Hell? What happened to me..?"

The year is 1840 and takes place in the quieter parts of Munich, Germany. Within our beloved Victorian Era, to the first-born and only daughter to Klaus Kreuz and Klara Kreuz came Stella Kreuz. First name referring to the "Virgin Mary" and "Star of the Sea", last name referring to "the cross". Her family came from stable peasant roots who worked for a nobleman that owned the land. Her father was the watchman who paid rent and carried out service to the church; her mother pursed the role as one of the few bakers as well as cleaning and sewing. They helped out for the sake of their village, and in return, it stopped them all starving to death.

"Mother, father..I'm so proud of you."

Growing up, Stella eventually became an abnormal rumor of the village. She scribbled strange drawings with a stick in the dirt that scared the other children, illness seemed to spread to others in her presence and in particular the unrelenting voices in her head tormented her. At the mere age of five, the village announced to her family to have her done away with or she and her family leave the country. Stella, therefore, was raised and the majority of her memories made in her new hometown London England. Klaus became steadily more and more obsessed with the new and more modern church to cure his daughter. He took up consistent praying and regularly went to church to cope along with Klara, leaving Stella home alone to be tormented by the other children and other villagers. Klara strictly babied and scolded Stella when she went to tell her about what happens while they're gone as she grew up. Any and all materials that assisted her to draw were banned in her household and were taken away. She was punished physically whenever she spoke about them.

"Please...stop! Go away!"

Finally, on Stellaโ€™s 16th birthday she went against her parents wishes and spoke relentlessly about it to her best friend and daughter of the towns priest, Molly Chambers and to anybody whoโ€™d listen. Immune to correction and her dialect, Molly declined to the point of gibberish and trembled consistently. Stella spent all her time alone by herself or sneaking around. She marked her own existence down in drawings and words on in the dirt or paper she had stolen or snuck. Klara became a nervous wreck when Stella reacted hysterically and violently. At last, Klara pleaded with all her power, to no avail, to her husband to take action. Stella was forced into the church by Klaus for examination, who appealed for guidance from the priest, Nicolas Chambers. He entrusted his daughter in their care permanently.

"What does father mean I'll be going away for a while? It'll be okay mother, I'm not a bad girl.."

Father Nicolas had her restrained in chains and hidden away in one of the rooms above the church, where he spent hours repeating prayers and chants. He exposed the girl to holy water, gestures, symbols and relics in hope of curing her illness. Such methods would cause her to thrash and scream in her chair frantically. Her mouth would foam and her body distorted. Four years of prayers, chants and chalice, a 24 hour purification took place and did not stop until sunrise. On this day in 1860, Stella succumbed to the demon inside her and passed away. Her body was disposed of by the priest for impurity while her family was consoled by being told she was transferred elsewhere to get appropriate help.

"Arghhhh!! Get away filthy bag of bones! I'll kill you!"

After being given the ability to live again thanks to her loyalty to the devil, Stella wanders the streets of her hometown looking for somewhere to call home to return to a time of happy memories. She spends her time looking for revenge on the people who hurt her as well as recovering her keepsake corpse. In honor of being reborn, she was gifted a pair of magnificent wings and two little horns.
