Lobo is one of the antagonist in the story. He is one of the people Red often manipulates to get her needs. However, despite fully knowing that he is only being used, Lobo still loyally follows Red to show his love for her.

Lobo is a semi-human. Originally born as a wolf before getting a human form from accidents during the war, causing him to lose some qualities of a wolf. The tie in his neck is a binder to him and Red, to make sure that he won't betray or disobey her.
