Yami is one of the originals, the first few people to be converted to an Imperhiltyhe and survived. Despite her name meaning "darkness", her powers are light based. This was due to her Amirythe finding Yami and her twin Hika, and decided to switch places to make their names and powers ironic.

Before Yami turned into an Imperhilythe, she had long brown hair, with brown eyes and a slightly petite build. She looks exactly like her twin sister, Hika, with the only difference is how they style their hair. After being transformed, her hair gained a gradient color of yellow to blue and her eyes also changing colors.
