Lucy is Victor's pet rat! He finds her at some point in the story and decides to take her in as his own. Victor loves her a lot (obviously) and she is very precious to him.
She's pretty sweet and playful most of the time, but picks up more uh...Concerning traits from Kai's influence...Oh Dear. God is lucky she is a mere rat because otherwise people better get ready for a Kai 2.0.
