Arun

Arun guards a mysterious temple in the middle of a dense forest/ jungle. A golden key is hung from a string around his neck. He can transform his body or parts of it into stone and he can float in the air, as long as he isn't stone. He can't move very fast this way though.

Dragons in this universe aren't born but created either by powerful magic, a strong desire or a communal need. They don't age and only die/disappear when their purpose is fullfilled. They are only killable by strong magical weapons or spells but you can of course try to trap, outrun or outsmart them. Each dragon has a connection to one or more types of elemental magic. Arun has an (albeit not very strong) connection to air and stone.
