Despite being a Miqo'te, Architetus Veteranus Rhuaxxa of House Regullis is a proud daughter of Garlemald, a true believer in the empire's righteous and just crusade to bring peace and prosperity to all who dwell on their star. Her heritage can be traced back to the lands of Gyr Abania, born to parents she never knew, she was rescued from a battlefield as a baby by an imperial officer by the name of Cassius tol Regullis during the imperial invasion of Ala Mhigo. Rhuaxxa was brought back to the capital to be raised as his own child, an upbringing that molded the Mioq'te weapon of the empire. Always polite, formal, and respectful, she carries herself with an aura of pride and regality that is quintessentially Garlean.
