Profile

When God committed divine suicide at the dawn of the universe, it split into 7 main parts, but also countless shards of varying size. These shards vary in power but they all became the Demiurges: alien beings that can access powers and knowledge outside the scope of magic or human understanding. Tee'Zeyem was one of these. For countless eons, he existed as a comparitevly small and weak being compared to the other Demiurges, and only experiencing incomprehensible, alien thoughts. But, three years prior to the start of the story, when Amvira first found her way to Earth, the prologue of the game started. And something switched on in Tee'Zeyem. Suddenly with a humanoid mind, he came to Earth and gave himself a human form. Suddenly realizing that the entire universe exists in the medium of a video game, he spent three years preparing.

By the time the story starts for real, he has an encyclopedia-esque knowledge of the game and all of its mechanics. He develops a bestiary based off of all the spirits and monster people he can find. He leaves fliers and posters that may seem incomprehensible to the protagonists, but actually contain valuable info about the game. And, he even sics a Demonic Scorpion on Lydia just as Amvira was walking by, to make sure they met. Because, as zany as Tee'Zeyem is, he has a very real fear. He knows this is a video game, with multiple endings, and he' really does not want to know what will happen if the game gets a game over. He prefferred being a player behind the scenes, but if you break from the script far enough you can find him and he will join the team as a playable character.

Tee'Zeyem is goofy and zany, but ultimately very mercurial. His mood is quick to change, and he can become serious and solemn whenever a real threat emerges, or angrily snap at someone for littering in a public place. Sometime he waxes nostalgic for the time when he was incapable of comprehending how dumb some people can be, and he has little patience for people who don't understand him (which is especially unfortunate since all characters seem to be incapable of grasping the idea that they're in a video game). He likes to be "fake wise," telling stupid proverbs and adages and acting like everything can be a learning experience.

  • Tee'Zeyem's "true" name will be a well-kept secret. Most characters will refer to him as "That Zany Monk" or "TZM" for short.
  • He claims he keeps forgetting his own name.
  • He is not aware of the number of game overs you've had, but is aware of every time you save and exit.
  • He fights using a wooden sword, but its actually an extension of his physical form, and he seemingly hides it in and retrieves it from hammer space.
  • His true form is really big, probably about 20 feet tall, but he claims he can't use it because it would be "imbalanced"
  • He DOES attack with eldritch tendrils sometimes, though.
  • Has a day job as an accountant

In Game Fightng Style

Tee'Zeyem is a support character. While decent in melee combat, his main advantage is buffing allies. He can summon spirits that dont attack but instead provide buffing auras to allies, increasing their attack power and speed, and using non-elemental healing spells. He also is capable of transforming into allies to make a single basic attack using their stats, essentially giving the ally a free bonus attack.

His promotions are to Martial Arts Grandmaster, and Spiritualist. Grandmaster augments his fighting capabilities and gives him strong self buffs and increases his movespeed. Spiritualist increases his buffing capabilities significantly, and makes some of his summons capable of dealing damage.
