**Raffle design ToS** - If a raffled design has no added monetary value from commissioned art, the design can only be returned to me or gifted. - If a raffled design has commissioned art added to it, you may also trade the design or resell it for the value of the art only. - Please contact me if you wish to gift/trade/resell a raffled design. By default they will not be tradable on Touhou.se and I will have to unlock it for you. - By entering, you agree to these terms. Any arguing will result in a blacklist from future raffles.
