Personality- Matthew is a kind and intelligent individual. Matthew is a good listener, often learning things quickly and getting ahead of the game. Matthew is one many go to for advice or just to be friends with. Though he is one many rely on, Matthew himself tends not to help himself, making him very closeted when it comes to personal issues he deals with constantly.

Bio- Matthew was pushed into the mouth of a demonic Husk but his cousin Caspian during the Dark Awakening. He was weak, bloodied, and had no left arm. He then ran away from his home and escaped to the Elementalists Bureau, with the Acolytes being unaware of him until they arrived. He didn’t want to go back home, so the Acolyte Nedira took him in. Over time he was able to get his strength back, live with one single arm, and lived good life. Once he started training and manifesting his powers more, Nedira choose him to be the next Shadow Guardian.

Siblings- Flyer, Jake (twin), Brayden, Kendall, Dalton, Charlotte (all are his real siblings)

Facts-

- He can remove his robotic arm whenever he pleases

-His robotic arm is actually recent, given to him by Astrid 2 years before the events of Destiny Bonds

- Holly and him are on good terms, broke up due to Matthews guardian training

- Matthew smokes weed, helps calm him down. This was idea given by Echo and not any doctors. (Later prescribed after getting caught by doctors)

- He has mild PTSD from getting his arm ripped off. He balances treatment with medication and therapy. Every once and awhile he will have nightmares and won’t sleep.

- Does drink caffeine due to impending sugar highs that keep him up for 3 or more days at a time.
