Archer's Ownership

1. You are allowed to redesign characters designed by me as much as you want! I don't mind as long as you don't change their race, do not detransition trans characters or anything like that! But please keep the old design in a tab or something similar to this, just don't delete it please!

(You can add additional designers too if you decided to heavily redesign them, but please do not remove my credit!)

2. My designs cannot be sold for more than they were obtained for without adding any extra art! So for example: characters which were obtained for free with no extra art or content added can be only given away for free unless there is extra art / content added! [Gift / free art doesn't add any value!] Yes, your art of course counts!

3. My designs cannot be used to draw / for any problematic stuff, you know what I mean so I'm not going to explain it. I do not allow nsfw art of ANY characters designed by me as well, even if it's an adult humanoid, I just do not feel comfortable with it at all. Gore is fully okay, but nsfw is a huge no

4. Designs made by me which are inspired by already existing characters (like kinsonas) cannot be sold for money at all

5. Feel free to let me know if your character's tradeability is set as "cannot be transferred at all", and I'll change it! I don't know why it's happening but I've seen it happen to characters designed by me before, and I don't feel like going around my whole design tab, updating it lmao /lh

So shortly: just let me know if you want it changed and I'll update it asap!

6. Please do not private nor delete characters designed by me from toyhouse! You can set them as auth only but please make sure I can see the character! I'm not going to repost the character if they get deleted of course, it's just a preference of mine!

7. You are allowed to trade my designs to people off-site but please make sure to keep the character's page up and add the current owner's username (along with link to the user's profile so they don't get lost!) to character's profile! You are allowed to transfer them back to me so I can store them if you want, do whatever you prefer, just do not delete the character please!

8. I do not allow co-owns for my designs, sorry! While I have nothing against it, I just don't want it done for characters designed by me since it can cause issues and problems!
