King of an underwater realm that is the sister kingdom to a land based realm. The prince of the sister kingdom is Prince Sylvain. King Kai is a 'young' king that is very outgoing and loves to party and joke around. Nevertheless, he can be serious when he needs to be. Sometimes he visits Prince Sylvain, but only on cloudy/misty days, or unless he has some form of hydration.
Random facts:
-He feels most comfortable running around naked and would if Prince Sylvain didn't make him promise to be clothed so as to not scare the humans.
