1) Custom characters and adoptables are free to be used for artwork, writing, role-playing, profit (e.g., creating work using the character), and profiles by their owner/s
2) Custom Characters and adoptables are not to be used to depict or write illegal material, to train AI systems, or be used as NFTs
3) When reselling a character, it cannot be sold for higher than its base worth unless transformative and original work has been added (e.g., artwork, writing, physical items) have been added
