Coro

Coro is flightless and moves by bouncing about like a bird. He can hover short distances by furiously flapping his wings. He cannot speak and communicates through various bird noises such as clucks and squawks. His voice his hoarse like a raven or crow.

His antlers are actually wood and need occasional trimming and sanding which is done by the witch he visits and is often doted on and fed by.

• Coro is more bird than rabbit in behavior, and more awkward crow or pigeon than a graceful peacock or crane.
• His ears never flop, but can point back, off to the sides, and can swivel. Basically natural rabbit ear movement.
• When he's angry or surprised or extremely happy, his feathers fluff up and he looks fatter.
• When angry, he will ineffectively headbutt things with his antlers. He's not very strong.

(Art suggestions: Can be drawn with edible wild fungi, plants (clovers, miner's lettuce, dandelions and arugala are favorites), fireflies, and moss, or just on his own! Can also be drawn fluffed up or flapping around. Note that he only has three toes on his feet!)
