- Wandering; Dande excells at mindless wandering, never taking the same path twice. They very rarely ever think of a destination––the closest idea of a "destination" is usually a person they want to see and will eventually run into.
- Directionally Impaired; The ability at which Dande can get themselves lost is astounding, though it makes perfect sense when you consider Dande rarely, if ever, takes note of where they are wandering.
- Blade Training; Dande almost never uses this skill and hates having it. However, they're exceptionally skilled with almost any knife/dagger/sword-like weapon, so long as it is not bigger than themselves.

- Bard; 29; He/Him; Deceased; Bard was the first person to ever care for Dande that they can recall. He gave them everything they feel prideful over, largely their name and singing abilities. His death was a tragedy that shook Dande to their core.
- Pine Malcalester; 17; He/Him; Alive; TerraOdyssey ; One of Dande's very best friends! Dande met Pine and immediately grew close to him, finding him to be an inspiration and intelligent person to lean on when in trouble. She looks up to him.
- Clover Braunne; 22; She/Her; Alive; emberchii ; Bee friend! Clover is another to whom Dande is close, Dande often following around Clover and carrying supplies while Clover heals others. She finds Clover very pretty.
- Elderbug; Late 70's; He/Him; Alive; Elderbug is the one who took responsibility for Dande once they arrived in Dirtmouth. He's got a small affection for Dande, though he feels too old to be raising a child, and admires the unending optimism Dande has… though it can be exhausting at time.
Design Notes;
- Dandelion's main three colors are white, yellow, and green.
- Dandelion's shell resembles a similar design to Hornet's with a single set of horns curving upwards, though Dandelion's curve in almost circle-like.
- Dandelion's cloak resembles their namesake with a fluffy, yellow "top"/hood and a green base.
- Dandelion is… so smol…
Trivia;
- Dandelion was my first HK oc and was converted to a gijinka later. Thus, their story shifts slightly based on whether they're in normal form or in gijinka form.
- Dandelion, originally, was one of the first children to be experienced on by the King of Hallownest. Dandelion grew up normally for the first part of their life but was then forced to have their being "scooped out" by the Void. Due to them existing prior, the process was not smooth and many bits and pieces of mortality were left over, thought he morality itself was lost. As such, Dandelion's most prominent feature as a vessel sit eh ability to talk.
- Dandelion, despite being the oldest of the living vessels, acts rather young and looks so due to growth impairment from the experimentation. Though they eventually gain some height, they are forever the smallest of their fully-grown kind.
- Dandelion's cloak was gifted to them by their first caretaker and friend, Bard. Bard was a traveling performer to who to Dandelion's oddities and managed to coax their personality and speech out of their shell, making them the most important person in Dandelion's life. Unfortunately, Bard was killed when their caravan was attacked, and Dandelion soon broke off from the caravan as a result.
- Dandelion had no formal education! As a result, Dandelion is just barely literate. They can read single words if they break the word down, such as in music, but cannot easily read books. As such, Dandelion tends to read children's books or listen to other people's stories or asks other people to read to them.
- Dandelion's other nickname, Little Flower, is the term Hornet refers to them by and has been picked up by those that interact with Hornet.
- Dandelion likes collecting things!!! Mainly bright and shiny items and things that remind them of those they care for.
