CHR3000--/-*9CAE is powerful. She's on a seperate plane to her compatriots. As far as one can tell, CHR3000 is female but hey, one can never tell with aliens.

She arrived on earth via a rough landing ... ok maybe she crash landed. Wasn't her fault, her pilot was being a jackass. Safe to say, she's no longer around to pose any more threats.
She landed in Yuan's backyard leading to an overly-dramatic fight and much damage to Yuan's house. After agreeing to stay and repair the house, Yuan and Chrome have been getting into all sorts of trouble, with the blame game being played. These two have no idea how the modern world works and even though an intergalactic war looms between Notec and the Rebels
The first time Chrome saw a car, she flipped the heck out and it took Yuan a very very long time to teach her how to work a car. Not that Yuan actually knows how to work a car.

She has the power of materializing at light speed in mid air. Her arm mounted cannons takes the spiralling rings of energy from her momentum and converts it to a light-blast. The ensuing explosion receeds into a black hole and sucks the corpses (or if they're still alive, victims) into the abyss. She appears to be denser than dark matter and is able to resist the pull of a black hole although i wouldn't mention weight anytime near her. 

Let's hope that no earthling is smart enough (or stupid enough, depending on how you look at it) to call her chrome dome
