Jellyfish is a very caring and empathetic individual. Constantly worrying for others over himself, Jellyfish sees the best in everybody and everything. He comes off as naïve and overly sensitive, easy to manipulate and to lie to. He's very happy and enjoys life to its fullest, always treating those around him as equals. A caring brother and a cherished prince, Jellyfish wants the world for his sister, Reef, and finds him distressed whenever she's upset.
Childhood
Jellyfish was one of the three eggs of the late Queen Typhoons' only clutch. He hatched with his sister, Reef, and brother, Shale. Shale was different compared to Reef and Jelly, grumpy and rude. Jellyfish tried his best to get along with his brother, but found himself growing much closer to Reef. He cared greatly for his sister, always putting her ahead of him, always looking out for her.
They did grow a bit more distant as Reef took up her 'princess lessons', Typhoon cutting Reef off from her unimportant brothers. Once, Reef had a bad day. A really, really, bad day. Jellyfish was distraught at how his sister sulked home, sobbing into her bed. Desperately trying to think of a way to comfort her, he spoke a spell, by some wild instinct. He had turned out to be an anumis, as he enchanted his sister's favorite toy to make her feel better. He was so lucky! He had an incredible and rare power that few dragons, yet alone seawings, possessed. Jellyfish didn't feel too lucky about it, realizing Reef would be terrified of his terrible power. The anumis test was coming up too! He'd become a weapon! In a desperate action, he enchanted a scroll to make him fill out a form to cast a spell. He'd be barraged with questions like 'why are you doing this? Is it worth it? Are you really doing this for good?' He enchanted an armband as a test, gifting the wearer with good luck.
Current day(RP)
Jellyfish grieves over the loss of his mother and cousin, Ripple. But even more so, he grieves for the burden his sister must now carry. Reef had left for battle, and she hasn't returned with the rest of the troupes. His panic mounts.
Jelly's sister. He cares deeply for her, and wants the world for Reef. They had grown slightly distant over the years, but Jellyfish never stopped caring for her. He worries what the future might bring for her.
Brother. Shale has never been fond of Jellyfish, and they aren't very close. Jellyfish does his best to get along with Shale, but Shale is always rude and harsh with Jellyfish.
Cousins. Jellyfish cannot hate people. But of all the dragons he knows, he does not like his cousin Piranha. She's manipulated him before and he's distrusting of her every move. But his soft heart can't help but still care for her.
