Rockie is kind hearted and determined, it not a bit stubborn, and believes anything can be done with time, effort, and hard-work. Shes tough and tries to act as mature as she can, but sometimes her youngness and inexperience bleeds through. Shes still very dependable and does her best to never go back on her words or promises.

Due to her being smaller than average, shes insecure about how others perceive her, worried that many underestimate her abilities. But with that fear comes the will to truly prove herself and go beyond expectations others might have of her. 

She can sometimes be a bit blunt, but thats just her trying to be as honest as possible. Her family taught her never to hold back how you feel, and what might be seen as a biting remark to others, is proof of how much they care about each other. Still, she tries her best to reign herself in, knowing others might not be as tough skinned as she is. Sometimes she comes off as a little cold and frigid, but those who know her know that all she does and says is from the heart, and shes loyal to a fault.
