Heir to the Windskatti throne but had it quickly taken from her by Kiga. Ally formed a rebellion group of Windeans who rejected Kiga as a leader but their group was less of a noble persuit and more of a rise in organized crime. Alley, along with Insecta and Chyr, is leader of the Demention's largest soul-supportive army. She also manages a lot of ilicit businesses (mainly in Windskatti) from fight rings to brothels. She loves to exploit mortal flaws for money.

She and Kiga share a lot of similar design traits (mostly in how they dress) because Kiga has a tendancy to want everything Alley has.
All Windeans have part of their spirit inside an animal companion but Alley's rabbit seems to be missing.
