Personality:
Sapphire is a very social person, she loves to spend all of her free time hanging around her friends or doing things with others. She's well loved in her friend group as her bubbly positive and sweet personality wins everyone's hearts even if she can be a bit dense at times. She's currently unemployed and hasn't taken on any serious education so hanging out in the local mall and boy spotting is how she spends at least 50% of her time and her poor friends end up not only sitting with her but buying her small meals to make sure she eats during her obsessive man stalking. Sapphire is boy crazy and while shes been in relationships in the past she's currently single and has no one to personally swoon over, for a while she was obsessed with Sonic after he saved her when she was younger but she got a harsh wake up call when her friends pointed out that if Sonic was even still around to notice her that he might not appreciate the fact she had his face plastered all over her wall and almost every single piece of merch she could get her paws on. Since then she's try to get past her childhood crush of Sonic and find someone else but they've never felt...right to her. Despite being a little boy crazy Sapphires feelings are genuine and honest and she truly does just want someone to tell her she's loved and hold her in her arms but with everyone who's given her a chance she always felt distant and the relationship felt fake to her, despite being a pretty young cat she's still never even had her first kiss due to the lack of a bond between her and her so's and she can't figure out why. What she doesn't know is that the way she goes about things; boy spotting, giving every cute guy her number & all the other crazy stunts she pulls is increasingly putting more distance between her and her goal of finding an honest guy.
Speaking of honesty, did I mention that due to Sapphire's genuine and honest personality that she gets hurt easily? Yup, one negative word or experience in Sapphires life shakes her up and breaks her little heart so much so that she'll fall into a depressive slump at the blink of an eye where she spends days curled up in her room binge eating ice cream til' she snaps out of it. (I didn't know where else to put this in the description with what I wrote already lol)
Despite her weird man goals Sapphire does in fact have another passion and spends the other 50% of her free time chasing it. When she was a child back in her home country she was caught in a tragic fire and with her ice powers had no way out, she tried running but couldn't get out of her home fast enough and collapsed from the smoke. Through her dimming consciousness she felt herself being held and before she knew it she was outside in the cool night air looking up at her speedy saviour Sonic. Ever since that day Sapphire has wanted to be as fast as him but born with a different ability her only choice to get to her goal was to train daily on the local running track and that speed she's aiming for has become her passion in life. Of course she's still a long way off... a very long way off but despite that every day she rigorously pushes herself on that track with her rival, Terra, to see who can be the better athlete. Her relationship with Terra is a simple one, Terra is better than her at everything and due to Sapphires naivety and passion she ends up being tricked into competitions to test their strength which Terra usually wins by tricking Sapphire into going somewhere high up and then getting stuck there until Terra helps her down, mocking her the whole way. However despite Terra's knowledge Sapphire enjoys being pushed to her limits in hopes she'll over come them and tries to stay positive through it all.

Fun Facts: • She actually dyes her hair blue, its originally a light pink. • Her  fur is actually fluffy thanks to her mothers fur and really hard for her  to manage so she spends some considerable time styling it and making  sure its sleek so as not to increase the drag on her frame. • The gem in  her hair is actually a rare pink sapphire. • Despite her father being undesigned she's actually more of a Daddies girl. • She has a weakness  for yarn.

Abilities & Weapons: Speed & Ice

Speed:
While not born with this ability, Sapphire trained herself to be able to achieve it. Her lean sleek body helps cut air resistance while she runs and shes incredibly flexible which helps her agility. She spends at least 2hrs a day running track and sometimes even challenging her rival Terra to various technique enhancing challenges. She will never be as fast as sonic but she'll never give up training to get there.

Ice:
One of the few things she inherited from her mother, the power to create ice using the water particles in the air. In combat she can easily create small ice shards in her hands and throw them at her opponents, however when shes in real danger she can summon ice pillars from the ground and use her agility to get away using them. The problem with summoning large ice pillars is that it drains her strength really quickly and ends up leaving her vulnerable if she can't get away quick enough.
She's been working on training her ice power as of late and has managed to be able to create ice grind rails to move quickly on in battle. With a running start from one hand she'll form a continous ice trail aimed at beneath her front feet to create the rail while using the other to shoot small shards at ice at her opponents while using it to balance, sadly the ice rails she forms need something solid to grip onto and if they're broken in any place the whole thing will plummet to the ground. Thankfully she's a cat and she allways lands on her feet in these situations.
