Vivillon, often goes by Vivi or Vi.
For such a small Pokemon, Vivi is quite a big, burly, and scary man. He has broad shoulders and a long square face. Some think it almost comical but he doesn't really care. He isn't actually as mean as he looks; he's quiet and thoughtful, a little abrasive, and never really harms any of his employees or peers as he is under the impression they are all adults there, and they should all be able to get the job done.
He has spent most of his life working hard on his experiments, many of them ethically varied. He has created the Mewtwo twins and the Ditto from a few small hairs of a Mew, and has revived Pokemon who had lived upwards of 1000 years ago. These Pokemon he treats almost as if they were his children, and has become distraught ever since a Lileep with extraordinary strength broke everyone out. [Note: the Galar fossils will probably be here too but I haven't thought about them yet]
Everything he does is extremely frowned upon and even illegal in some places. He has a boon from the hunters guild due to his fossil restoration helping keep Gehrman going in his old age and often communicates with a Landorus in Steel City for getting him the items he needs.
