History

Julien and his twin brother Blaise are the sons of an older family in Chelsea that owns several buisnesses. They are faily well known in the ara and do really well. The two of them attended school there for a few years before they were sent to boarding school along with Blaise's friend Chancellor Stone when they were nine.

He got a long well with everyone at first and was very popular with everyone else. Eventually he makes some friends that are almost regarded as bullies in the school and stops hanging with Blaise and everyone else. He and Des start going at each other a lot, egging each other into fights and getting into trouble.

Julien is considered very popular and uses that to his advantage. He had many lovers who he used for a while before moving on. He quickly gained a reputation for doing so, and it rub a lot of people the wrong way. He has never had a long term meaningful relationship. He actually has a thing for Kit, but dosen't think its serious.

He used to be very close with his brother but at several fights they dont speak very much anymore. He decided to head of to Paris where he got a job as a travel writer which he really enjoys.

He only see's his family on special occasions.
