An enthusiastic paca with a love for the unknown, space, aliens, mysterious creatures and pacapillar tales, often claiming to have come from space and being stranded in chrysalopolis. He seems to be constantly daydreaming and fixating on his passion, often times rambling to himself and others when given an opportunity. Neil also wanders around quite often and seems to have a bit of hard time making set friends due to his overly chatty nature and weird quirks, but he is happy to have people willing to listen to him. Loyal to his companions, independent but a little hopeless and ends up getting in trouble more often than he should. Anyone who's known neil in the past can safely say he was not like this at all.

Neil wasn't always the quirky paca people see, at some point the young paca seemed rather sweet, shy and often dizzy. Bumping into places easily and zoning out, staring vaguely to nothing. That was just how he was until a certain incident ended his life as it was known. Neil does not remember anything about the incident nor a lot of memories of his past asides some blur, and His surname, incredibly enough. He was also changed in some ways, and firmly believed that he had landed on chrysalopolis after falling from the skies, that he was an alien and had to learn more about his own self and other mysteries of that world. Neil is a bit delusional, but seems to be set on being at least polite enough to behave properly with people. He also is a very lonely child, having a hard time relating to others about their struggles and his own.
