She was born with them :3 It's a rare situation, and most kobold groups will shun a kobold with wings, which is actually part of Mola's backstory too (I should make time to update her profile :'3)

Using the Urd Wings feature (I believe it was a homebrew?) on DNDBeyond, she has a base flying speed of 30 ft, I think that's standard for any winged player race too :0
