About: Semblance is a man of many talents: he is a spy with high skills in espionage and weapons dealer using modified tech that he tinkers with himself. He has dirt on most of everyone in Piltover and Zaun, but doesn't just go around saying whatever he wants. His information isn't free, and his engineered tools are especially expensive. Despite his friendly and gentlemanly disposition, he rarely ever takes sides and will surely give out information to whoever gives him what he wants. Many others typically see him as untrustworthy of him and only see his friendliness as a guise. He has hideouts in both Piltover and Zaun and frequently visits between both places. Semblance grew up in Zaun alongside his mother. He rarely had the chance to spend time with his father, especially since by the time he was 8, his father and mother had already split. Semblance's father was a spy that namely worked for several Chem Barons. Even though Semblance's relationship with his father was strained, he couldn't help but see the appeal of his father's work as a spy. When he was as young as 11 years old, he was already making money stealing and selling information around both Zaun and Piltover. He got into trouble with some big names after selling crucial, top secret information. Naturally, because of this, he has a number of bounties on his head. Thanks to all of the information he had been gathering over the years, Semblance was able to teach himself a wide variety of skills, so much to even work on his own tech. His personal devices are one-of-a-kind, created and innovated by him -- mostly. It's safe to say that he borrowed some supplies and information for his own tech. Much of his innovations, especially his personal equipment, all derive from stolen Hextech machines that he modifies to fit himself or a client's needs. He speaks "like a cowboy".
